Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

 

  • We currently only ship to the United States and APO addresses at this time.
     

  • ​We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage or USPS First Class/Priority for our shipments, however the exact shipping method will be determined when the order is processed as it varies depending on weight, location, etc.

 

  • Average processing times may vary based on seasonal volume. Processing typically ranges between 1-3 business days and transit times typically range between 2-5 business days depending on the destination location. All orders are shipped from our business location in Canton, Georgia. 

 

  • Due to security requirements, packages may require a signature to complete delivery. 

 

  • If you are using a forwarding service company (or similar service), we are not responsible for any damages after it has been delivered to the location listed on the order. 

 

  • Our sealed products are sent factory sealed, in the factory wrapping (when applicable) and we are not responsible for rips, tears, or imperfections in the wrappings, or missing or damaged components inside the factory sealed items. 

 

  • Sealed product is sold with the intent of the customer opening the product, as intended by the manufacturer, unless noted otherwise in the listing. Please be aware that damage to outer packaging does not impact the contents of the box.

  • All pre-order items will ship once all of the items in your order have arrived to us. If your order contains a live inventory item and a pre-order item, then the live item may be refunded as these can not be on the same invoice and a separate orders must be placed.




 

  • By purchasing from us or trading with us via any platform, you agree to no returns. 

 

  • Final sale items cannot be returned. Final sale items include, but are not limited to, any trading cards and products containing any trading cards.

 

  • We will not refund any shipping cost paid, including shipping costs paid by us, after an item has been shipped. 

 

  • Returns must be sent back within 1 week of being delivered. 

 

  • There will be NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on pre-ordered product. These items are ordered from our suppliers, as orders are placed through the website. 

 

  • There will be a 10% fee on order cancelations prior to shipping, as well as returns to us due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

 

  • If a mistake resulting from our error occurs with your order (you received incorrect item), we will provide a return shipping label.
